Can't figure out the Streamer

People are telling me they are having a hard time hearing me through the Epoq Streamer. I just got the HAs and Streamer a few days ago and can't figure out what it is I might be doing wrong. I'm holding the Streamer microphone within inches of my mouth and I usually tend to speak rather loud.

I've heard that some phones may have issues with the Streamer. My phone is a Motorola RAZR V3c. Incoming to the HAs is perfect, I can hear just fine, its just outgoing. Any help would be wonderful

ive had my epoq Vs and streamer for a few months now. i have the lg chocolate. i dont talk all that much on the phone, but so far only my mom has complained about not being able to hear me (well, she complains about anything and everything, AND and expects me to NOT use the streamer when im on my phone with her...too bad, i paid $$$ so that i can hear when im on the phone).

ive found that positioning of the streamer is really important; if I hold the streamer almost up to my lips, shes less likely to complain because the sound comes through clearer.
