Closed Captioning

I am not originally from the United States but just recently located here. I am a little bit upset however with the closed captioning.
Where I am from, the CC is very helpful. For the U.S.'s CC it is confusing. What I am used to is the subtitles always being presented with every sentence, different colors representing different speakers, and lower case letters are always used.
Here is America, they are all in white which is confusing to know who is speaking when they don't show a face and all the letter are is caps! I want this to change!!

I think America doesn't take into account the deaf population. Closed caption isn't that important to some because they think the deaf population is so small relative to the rest of the world and some might find it annoying. However, I believe we need to cater to both the hearing and hearing impaired.

I am from America and your Closed Captioning sounds way better. It is frustrating how all of it is in white not indicating that speakers changed. I agree, it needs to be updated.
