domes or molds?

I'm about a week into a trial period of an Oticon Dual on one ear only. My loss is in the moderate range across the entire grid. My audi set me up with a micro mold initially but it kept slipping out of my ear and had to be sent off for a few days to have some kind of coating applied to keep it in. He gave me some power domes to use in the mean time. I think that I may like them better and I'm inclined to say that they are even more comfortable than the micro mold. My situations are constantly changing every day right now that there really is no consistent base for deciding which is working better. Any thoughts or experience on the power dome or micro mold? Thanks.
