Oticon troubles

I've been wearing a pair of Oticon Sprite3 NHS aids for the past 11 months. I had them switched to Thin Tube ITE becuase they were so uncomfortable. I'm now having a hard time getting the aids into my ears, I've completely given up on my left ear because it is so sore. Can I change the tips and domes to foam? My audiologist has been great but I don't want to keep pestering them so please advise.

You may be allergic or have really small ear canals. Either way, you should go see you audiologist so that they can help you get it right and you can use what you paid so much for.

Try smaller domes, if your domes are too big they may be causing irritation in your ear canals.
