Advice for next 16 and precisehearing.com

Two questions:
Have any of you guys done business with Precisehearing.com?
Anybody have any good or bad things you know about the Unitron Next 16?
I've done some research on it and it seems to be the best match for my left ear loss. However I am very hesitant in buying online. What about follow-up adjustments if I were to need them? Is this it good aid? Is this company good to deal with?

Last Sept I purchased a GN ReSound dot 30 from precisehearing.com. I found that they were superb to do business with. I ended up having problems with perspiration and had to return it (for a full refund) or I'd probably be wearing them now. But my experience with precisehearing.com was excellent. I talked with people who were knowledgeable and answered all my questions before I ordered and when I needed to return the aid they processed the refund in a very timely manner and without making a fuss about it.
I found them while I was googling for tubes and domes for the Pulse that I had been wearing for a couple years.
When I asked my audi if she would mind working on aids bought somewhere else, she said it was no problem (there was a fee of course for her services). Precisehearing.com will also do the adjustments for you, but you have to mail the aid to them and therefore do without the aid in the meantime and pay for shipping.

I've had the Unitron Next 16 (Modas II) bte for about a month and I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with them. It's my first pair and so far they've been great.
I also got a remote control. It's a little bulky, but I just carry it in my pocket and just pull it out when I need to make some adjustments occasionally.
