Bluetooth Signal to iCom

I have two Phonak hearing aids and an iCom accessory worn around my neck which receives a Bluetooth signal from my Iphone.. Works well.
Is there any accessory which could be hooked up to my 52” Sony Bravia TV set that would transmit a Bluetooth audio signal to my hearing aids via the iCom?
