Hearing aid for mod to severe

I am looking for advise about the phonak versata. This aid has been suggested for my loss (moderate to severe). Anybody have any experience with it?
I want a CIC, I need a power aid, and don't see any reason to get a BTE and ear mold.
I've had molds made and will be getting the aids in a few weeks. i've got a 30 day trial,anything i need to look for?
I have not had any experience with the Versata, however, if you need an acctual "power aid", the bte is a hearing aid with more power. The cic is smaller, and has a smaller and weaker battery, and is not commonly classified as a "power aid". If you need more power the BTE is probably what you need, or at least the full shell ... due to the lack of power in the cic.
