Telecoil in both aids?

I have hearing aids with a tcoil, but I'm wondering if there is a tcoil in each aid or just in one of them? I just got my aids last Thurs (Phonak Exelia Micro BTE) and so far when when I pick up the phone and place the receiver to my right ear there haven't been any beeps. Last night, I got a call and placed the phone to my left ear instead of my right ear, and after a second or two, there were a couple of beeps and the sound quality definitely got better.

I found that the auto switching in my aids didn't work well so now I just manually switch to t-coil when I'm picking up the phone.
T-coil is built into both aids I only use the t-coil on one side so it's just shut off on the other side.
The t-coil is a wonderful feature and works great for me. I couldn't be without it!
The aids that I've had that had t-coil had it in both aids.
