Siemens has come up with three more device features that really will enhance your hearing. They go as following:

Speech Focus: This feature enhances speech where environments are diffucult. It will adjust even to the noisiest of environments to allow speech to be heard clearer. It does so through the improved directional microphones.

Feedback Stopper: This feature suppresses annoying feedback while in a spot with a lot of background noise. It distinguishes between feedback and signals that mimic feedback. It adapts very fast to an environment that allows feedback to be diminished before it becomes very noticable.

Sound Learning: Finally, this feature memorizes similar sound environments so it will adjust anywhere you go.
