Siemens Tinny Sound

I'm a first time hearing aid user(about three weeks).
They just sound "tinny" to me. More electric sounding rather than natural. My audi has made some adjustments but the tinny sound is always there. I need a fair amount of treble which causes a distorted and tinny effect. Not really lifelike sounding at all. I am going try them for at least a couple more weeks, however i may just opt for some Phonaks.
there are two things that could be happening...
the first thing that could cause this is the simple fact that you are new to hearing aids. It takes a while to get used to them, as you are hearing sounds your brain is not used to because it has not heard them in a long time.
The second possible problem is that your hearing aids are not tuned properly for you. How long it takes to properly tune them for you depends on you and the person tuning them.
It would help a lot if you posted your audiogram
