speech comprehension for pure

Recently I bought 2 Siemens Pure 700 aids and ive had them for a month or so. I've gone back several times to the audiologist but I'm still finding that my speech comprehension is off, definitly worse than my last pair of aids. Everthing else I can hear a lot better, its just in that one area that i'm really struggling. Has anyone had these aids or had this same problem?

I wear Pure 500s. I noticed that I had problems with speech recognition while I was watching TV. I went back to my audi and he made the necessary adjustments and I do not have a problem with it anymore. A plus is that he also wears aids and has similar problems,

I wear Pure 700 and have had them for about a year but I think that I hear worse with them than I did with my old aids. They sound muffled, everything is cloudy instead of crisp. My audiologist has re-tuned them quite a few times but nothing he does seems to help. Speech comprehension is also very difficult even if they are standing very close to me.
I have a Tek and even when I switch it to the noisy environment chanel it doesn't help at all. I have one chanel programmed for my TV with my Tek and this chanel is the one that I can hear the most clearly on but even that starts to give me a headavhe after a while. I turn the treble up all the way and amplify the volume to try and hear speech but it only helps a little.
I think it might have something to do with the speech detection part of the aid or maybe the compression settings. It might be set up to focus on the wrong sounds and that seems to be getting worse, definitly not better.
I have no idea what to do. If anyone is familiar with these aids who can give me advice or insight that would be greatly appreciated.. I have seriously thought about throwign these out and demanding that Siemens give me an older digital model like my old aids. Cause what I have now does not help me hear better, its worse.
I tried the Pure 500 for 2 weeks and found the same thing.
