Syncoro "crowded room" program

My dad is using my 5-year-old syncros hearing aids. He only has two programs, telecoil and music. His old Starkey hearing aids had a "crowded room" program, which sounds like it is just a directional microphone facing forward. He has expressed that he wished he had the "crowded room" program on his current hearing aids. Does anyone know if it is possible to get a program like that on the syncros? I've never thought about it, but it wouldn't make sense if it were not available.

There is no reason for such a program, even though Sincro is an old instrument it still has better directionality than any of the Starkey hearing aids (although i am not entirely sure about the IQ thing). Sincro has "multi-band adaptative
directionality" which means the instrument set the low frequency in omni
and the high frequency in directional. Of course sincro can pick either omni or full directionality (like your dad has described)
Sincro uses AI - and detects the combination that
picks the best signal-noise ratio. The sensitivity of this setting can be programed via the "identity".
On to your question, yes it is definitely possible to have a P2 with full directionality. all that is necessary for this is just to puch the small button on the rear side of the hearing aid.
I think Tego pro is superior + cheaper than the Sincro.
