adults wearing children domes

I have very small ear canals, is it possible for me to wear child domes? I have been getting ear infections due to the domes being too big for my ears and I have my audi's smallest size.

Domes can sometimes(if its "open fit" BTE) be trimed down using a razor blade so that only the core remains to cover the tip of the tube (this won't affect the how the aids themselves work). This would make the dome very small. If you are still have problems then have your audi reshape your tubes so that it would be shaped to fit your ear canal specifically. I'm sure the would be willing happy to fix it for you at little or no cost. Earmolds that are specifically designed for your ear canals are also an option that you may want to consider.

Yes, I know that Oticon has a size 0 for their Corda 2- which is used for a child or a small ear canal.
